Karen M. Swaim was born in Jameston to parents of German and Irish descent.

She entered the world of charming adult films after her then husband, Red Bone, saw a television show that offered to send an erotic video featuring a couple. Which they did.

It started in 1992 and is still active. At the time, she only toured with her husband or other women (Abella Danger, Mindi Mink, Jelena Jensen or, Samantha Ryan).

In 1998, she divorced her husband and subsequently appeared alongside Sean Michaels in numerous films although she denied any relationship with him.
