Biography

Miss Asa Takigami is the only daughter of Japanese parents and was born in New York. After leaving the Soho district, the family moved to Tokyo when she was 9 years old. She continued her schooling in American schools and returned to the United States at the age of 13.

Asa means morning in Japanese. The second part of its stage name refers to the animated film: Akira.
